To file an inurance claim follow these mostly simple instructions.

1. Find out what your deductable is. 0$, 500$, 1000$ Generally if you have 1000$ then you'll most likely being paying out of pocket for the whole windshield. We can work with 500$ and 0$ deductables.

3. Call your insurance company. Talk to a live agent only.

5. They will attempt to lead you to another company. They will claim that since my company is not networked with their TPA (third party administration) which will most likely be safelite solutions. 6. At this point, the insurance company will then contact me. 

7. I will call you, with an appointment time and date, and order your windshield.
